We begin with an intake process which can be achieved in 1 of 3 ways:

- In person at a place of your choosing
- Over the phone
- Through email
- A dedicated housing assistant will meet with you to explain the scope of our service, what to expect, and identify your specific needs.

Next we will take the time to identify and tour 1-3 partner properties that are capable of meeting your needs, and have the amenities you want, which includes the following:


After each tour we will visit and evaluate your impression of the property. Since each client has unique needs and each property has its own culture it is important that we discuss your overall impression:

From our initial contact through agreeing on a property and signing we are committed to finding your new residence in a timely manner.
