As a compliment to our other services.  We have found that many times individuals in need of medical equipment and assistive devices are at a point where living independently has become taxing.

Along with ADROIT HEALTHCARE RESOURCES, a subsidiary of Adroit Medical Equipment, and other housing placement services we have agreed to partnered with, we can help you make a successful transition to an alternative senior housing property that meets your specific lifestyle.

The task of finding a new residence or suitable housing is extremely complex.  There are hundreds of housing options at various price ranges.  That’s where our service is of value to our clients; we are here to help individuals, couples, caregivers and families navigate the details of finding a new residence and making the right move.  We can help you make an informed decision on moving that best fits your lifestyle and insures you are happy in a new place.

We begin with an intake process which can be achieved in 1 of 3 ways;

  • In person at a place of your choosing-
  • Over the phone-
  • Through email-

A dedicated housing assistant will meet with you to explain the scope of our service, what to expect, and identify your specific needs.

Next we will take the time to identify and tour 1-3 partner properties that are capable of meeting your needs, and have the amenities you want, which includes the following:

  • LIFESTYLE
  • HEALTH
  • FINANCIAL(Cost)

The initial identification of properties that meet your standards can take up to 72 hours.

After each tour we will visit and evaluate your impression of the property.  Since each client has unique needs and each property has its own culture it is important that we discuss your overall impression;
