- Extra extra large size is for 18½ - 22 inch calf (measure 6 inches below kneecap); 19 - 22 inch mid-patella; and 25½ - 30 inch thigh (measure 6 inches above patella)
- Extra large size is for 16½ to 18½ inch calf (measure 6 inches below kneecap); 17 - 19 inch mid-patella; and 22½ - 25½ inch thigh (measure 6 inches above patella)
- Large size is for 14½ to 16½ inch calf (measure 6 inches below kneecap); 15 - 17 inch mid-patella; and 19½ - 22½ inch thigh (measure 6 inches above patella)
