We provide our customers ongoing support for our complete line of walking aids, including canes, crutches, walkers, rollators, and specialty products. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns related to your equipment. Our staff will always advise you if it is reasonable or cost prohibitive to repair your walking aid/equipment or simply replace it.

Manual Equipment is any equipment that has no electrical components. Examples of the most common types of manual equipment and devices we service are wheelchairs, rollators and walkers. 

The service fee of $75.00 is payable at the time of service and covers 2 hours. There is an additional fee of $28.75 per quarter hour(15 minutes). 

The stated fee is only for the repair, service and diagnostic visit. Parts will be quoted separately, no parts are ordered without prior approval by the customer. Special order parts are not returnable. Customer will be charged 10% restocking fee on any parts we have to return to manufacture.
